Delete your account

The quickest way, and it takes effect immediately:

1. 1Open the Maps Cash & Carry app and sign in.
2. 2Tap Account in the bottom bar.
3. 3Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
4. 4Enter your password to confirm, then tap Delete account.

You will be signed out straight away and your account will no longer work on the app or the website.

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address on your account and we will delete it for you:

mapsac2@gmail.com or call 0116 262 5002.

Please include your business name and trade account number so we can find the right account. We will action the request within 30 days.

Permanently removed, and it cannot be undone:

• Your login and password
• Your contact name, email address and phone number
• Your delivery address and any branch addresses on your account
• Any notes held against your account
• All signed-in sessions, on every device
• Your notification registrations, so push messages stop

Your past order and payment records are kept for six years after the end of the relevant accounting period, with your personal details removed from them. We are legally required to retain them: UK tax law obliges a business to keep its VAT and accounting records, and Article 17(3)(b) of the UK GDPR allows us to keep data where it is necessary to meet a legal obligation.

What remains is the commercial record of a transaction — what was sold, when, and for how much. It is no longer linked to your name, contact details or address.

We never held your card number. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, and our systems only ever stored a payment reference.

You can open a new trade account at any time by applying through the app or at mapscc.com. A new account starts fresh — previous order history and agreed prices are not carried over.
